The client was talking to lawyer Graziella GIOVIALE (“MariaGrazia”), sister of the CONVICTED FRAUDSTER and more, the former “lawyer” DISBARRED from the bar association, who worked in the “legal firm” GIOVIALE & Partners in Soverato, CARMINE VINCENZO GIOVIALE (“Enzo GIOVIALE”). The defendant and later CONVICTED GIOVIALE then asked Mr. Giuseppe Procopio (known as “Pino”) to intercede with the client DEFRAUDED by GIOVIALE to retract the titles placed for collection, leading to a settlement: he contacted the victim on 2 (two) or 3 (three) occasions and finally deemed it appropriate to visit Dr. Francesco Saverio Macrina, director of the Banca Intesa, branch of Soverato (CZ – Catanzaro), where the client DEFRAUDED by GIOVIALE had their current account, asking him to intervene.
